& CEO of The KAREMÉ Collective
Kareem Headley is a multi-talented musician hailing from New York City known particularly for his exceptional skills as a violinist who specializes in R&B, Soul and Caribbean sounds. He's established himself as a standout among the deep pool of live musicians across the world, who often go unrecognized no matter their level of talent. After building a sustainable booking system that enabled him, in just six months, to get booked for more events than there are weeks in a year – he realized a great opportunity to help other talented vendors connect with event planners looking to create memorable experiences across the globe.

How long will it take to get a response on my inquiry?
Generally, after completing the inquiry form, you'll be contacted within 48 hours.
Can I pick the vendor that I book?
You choose the type of vendor that you'd like to book, we'll select them according to availability. If you would like to pick your preferred vendor, just let us know and we can arrange it as long as they're available.
Is there a minimum time requirement for my booking?
All DJs and MCs must be booked for 3 hours minimum.
All band bookings must be for one hour minimum.
How early can I book?
We take wedding/event planner bookings up to two years in advance.
We take all other bookings up to one year in advance.
When's the latest that I can book?
Due to high demand, we encourage that you book as soon as you're able to. Rush service fees apply to bookings made within two weeks of your event date.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
Yes. At the time of booking a performance, a nonrefundable deposit will be required to hold a day and time slot for your booking.
How do I pay for my booking?
All fees are to be paid electronically, via Stripe, to ensure safe and secure transactions.
Is there a contract?
Yes, all bookings require that a contract be signed electronically.
Do you only take bookings in NYC?
Bookings are accepted outside of NYC and NY in general, preferably with at least one month's notice.
Do you only take bookings in the United States?
Bookings are accepted outside of the United States, preferably with at least six months notice.
